Looking to the future, Shippingbo also unveiled its roadmap for 2025, in which artificial intelligence will play a central role. In particular, the company plans to develop a Shopify POS connector to reinforce omnichannelity, as well as functionalities dedicated to improving B2B preparation processes. Among the highlights, Colorz ‘s David Bijaoui captivated participants by revealing the keys to a unified commerce strategy, while Multiply ‘s Cédric Ribi offered hard-hitting pricing strategies to dominate the competition on marketplaces. Logistics was also in the spotlight, with Gilles Valenti from Seko Logistics sharing the secrets of optimized fulfillment.
Technological innovation took center stage with workshops led by Shippingbo. Rémi Arribes and Raphaël Belloc Montero explained the possibilities offered by the Shippingbo developer portal, while Rayane Ouahab and Florian Laillet explained how to excel in B2B and B2C with Shippingbo. Feed-Manager‘s Lucas Johann demonstrated how AI can redefine product catalog management in 2024.
Toopost and DHL Fulfillment decided to tackle more operational aspects. Pierre-Emmanuel Milet and Eddy Moiroud discussed e-commerce deliveries, while Charles Guillemain and Lucas Ramet looked at the role of logistics in international development. Finally, participants were also inspired by Steerfox, represented by Mahée Rodriguez, who revealed how to exceed satisfaction standards during Peak Season 2024.
At the same time, some 80 business meetings were held to enable personalized exchanges between e-tailers, logisticians, technology partners and the Shippingbo team. These targeted sessions provided an ideal forum for discussing specific projects, solving concrete problems, and laying the foundations for new strategic collaborations.

Guests were delighted by a cocktail reception orchestrated by Parisian caterer Saint Clair, whose culinary creativity and refined staging made a lasting impression.
Under subdued lighting and to the rhythm of a musical ambience carefully hosted by a DJ, this exclusive evening extended the discussions initiated during the day, strengthening relationships between participants. Combining gastronomic discoveries with moments of conviviality, the VIP evening brought e-Scale to a warm and memorable close, and breathed new energy into future collaborations.
