What happens if I switch logistics provider?
Your sales channels, catalogue and rules stay in Shippingbo. You’re already connected: you just plug in your new partner, without rebuilding your flows.
Can I keep part of my logistics in-house and outsource the rest?
Yes. For example, you can send D2C orders to your 3PL and pick B2B orders in-house, with unified stock management. That is what the OMS Supervision plan is for.
How does the introduction to a network logistics provider work?
