The 5 commandments of life at Shippingbo

1. You shall embrace our culture
At Shippingbo, the values of work and collectivity are central. Each collaborator is important and unique, through their talent, experience, personality... But all are part of a whole. A whole whose balance rests on collaboration, mutual aid, sharing, but also work, motivation, team spirit and this common desire to take the company as far as possible. Working at Shippingbo, as you will have understood, is not just joining a company, it's joining a group, a collective driven by a common goal! So, if you are ready to invest yourself and join a united and motivated team, send us your resume, Shippingbo's recruitment department will study it carefully!
2. You shall invest in our mission
You must be wondering 'but what mission are they talking about?' Wait, let us explain. As you may have understood from our website, we provide online sellers with technology that allows them to optimize their entire logistics chain: from order retrieval to shipping, including preparation. To make it very simple, we are the shadow technology that allows your favorite site to deliver to you in the best timeframe, while notifying you of the progress of your order. The goal? To enable our customers to offer consumers a top-notch buying journey, worthy of e-commerce giants!
3. You shall adopt the team spirit
As Jeff Tuche would say, at Shippingbo it's a bit like 'one for all, and all for one!' Here, we move forward together. We offer help, we listen, we communicate, always. We collaborate and don't hesitate to rely on the skills and expertise of our colleagues if needed. We integrate new recruits with kindness. We make decisions after consultation. We ensure that each process put in place benefits all services. We unite to help a customer in difficulty and help them find the most suitable solution. In short, we show team spirit to boost group cohesion and the well-being of each person!
4. You shall find an ideal work environment
At Shippingbo, we are convinced that well-being at work is based on a healthy professional environment, where conviviality and good living reign. Here, down with the partitions! Work spaces are open to promote interactions and collaboration within and between services. Meeting rooms of different sizes are, however, available to everyone to isolate when necessary. We share coffee breaks and meals together in our common dining room or on our roof terraces. The foosball table in the middle of the living room often generates background noise, and sometimes, looking at the horizon, we also happen to see one or two of our colleagues hunting hornets! And yes, because at Shippingbo, we also make honey (and it's very, very good).
5. You shall have activities
At Shippingbo, we share many activities and love to enjoy life. Afterworks are often organized, on Friday noon we often gather around a good burger or a good pizza, which we immediately burn off on Monday with a little jogging. These moments of sharing and friendly exchanges are very important to us, as they help strengthen our bonds and team cohesion!
