Do I need to replace my current WMS?
No. With the WMS Virtual Bridge plan, you keep your WMS. It connects to the Shippingbo OMS via API in a few days, with no complex development. Orders go to your WMS, and statuses and stock come back to Shippingbo.
Is the solution suitable if I only have one or two merchants?
Yes. Automating your flows with a modern interface helps you respond to tenders and take on new merchants later, without changing tools.
Who supports my merchants?
You remain your merchants’ single point of contact. Shippingbo supports your team directly, through tickets, a knowledge base and regular updates.
Can I get a pre-sales audit?
Absolutely. Our e-commerce logistics experts visit your warehouses and talk with you to recommend the offer best suited to your business.
Can I change plans if my business evolves?
Of course. Talk to the sales rep in charge of your account, or open a support ticket and you will be put in touch with a sales rep. Either way, a meeting is scheduled to review your needs.
