Problems encountered

When Ripaton was created, logistics were far from being a priority for the founders, who shipped all their orders by hand, copying and pasting for each customer. It was tedious work, and a big waste of time, having to go to La Poste or Chronopost websites to generate each shipping label.

Ripaton decided to integrate the entire value chain within its warehouse: from product design to manufacturing, order preparation and delivery to the customer’s premises in Montpellier, all of these activities were internalized to ensure a direct link with their customers.

Solutions by Shippingbo

Partnered with Shippingbo for 3 years, the software has provided Ripaton’s teams with a smooth logistics. Once the tool has been set up and connected to their sales channels, the orders are centralized and transmitted in real time, which considerably reduces processing time.

Operators are made independent by having all the information they need on their tablets: orders, picking slips, product locations… In this way, pickers get a much more precise and global view of their work. a much more precise and comprehensive of all their daily tasks, and this not only helps to avoid mistakes… but also contributes to their well-being at work!

As Shippingbo’s solution is natively connected to virtually all sales channels on the market, and in particular to the Prestashop CMS, Ripaton was able to sell on several marketplaces – in addition to its website – without having to worry about updating stock.
