When your customer selects a pick-up point on the card during payment, the unique identifier of this Point Relais® is recorded with the order data. This identifier is then transmitted to our platform, which uses it to automatically request the right label from the Mondial Relay API. The process is completely transparent and requires no manual intervention.
Do we have to use our own Mondial Relay contract with the module?
Yes, and that’s a guarantee. Our platform requires you to enter the API keys for your own Mondial Relay contract. This ensures that you continue to benefit from your negotiated rates, and that the entire sales and billing relationship remains direct between you and Mondial Relay. We provide the automation technology, so you retain control of your carrier contract.
Does the module also handle Mondial Relay home deliveries and shipments within Europe?
