With over 400 participants gathered at the Pavillon Dauphine, e-Scale 2025 confirmed the success of its format: a day designed to create useful encounters between e-tailers, logisticians, marketplaces and technology partners. Here’s a look back at the highlights of this second edition.

On September 25, 2025, Shippingbo brought together over 400 participants at the Pavillon Dauphine for the second edition of e-Scale. After a successful first edition in 2024, the event reached a new milestone with 21 exhibitors, 12 themed workshops and over 100 business meetings organized throughout the day.

Designed to encourage useful exchanges between e-tailers, marketplaces, logisticians, retailers and technology partners, e-Scale 2025 confirmed one thing: today’s industry professionals are looking for more concrete, targeted and operational formats. And that’s precisely what made this year’s event such a success.

A 2025 edition marked by the quality of exchanges

Above and beyond the sheer volume of participants, e-Scale 2025 demonstrated the vitality of a fast-moving ecosystem. On-site discussions combined strategic vision, feedback from the field and business opportunities, in a deliberately human-scale format. It’s this positioning that enables the event to create more qualified encounters and more useful discussions for e-commerce and logistics teams.

A scene driven by strong words

The program featured well-known industry speakers, with an opening keynote by Laetitia Lamari and Adrien Naeem, founders of the Le Café de l’E-commerce podcast. The day also gave pride of place to perspectives from the field, with a 100% women’s round table featuring Marion Billier from You Do It, Sandrine Julien-Rouquié from Ludilabel, Vanessa Hugonenc from YouSteel and Ines Saadallah from Cygnes.

Workshops focused on the real issues of the day

Throughout the day, workshops dealt with very concrete issues: artificial intelligence applied to e-commerce, multi-warehouse logistics, centralization of marketplaces messages, replenishment management and marketplace pricing. AXOME, DHL, DPD, Shoppingfeed, Multiply, Shippingbo, Motive, Toopost, Soledis and LOG’S led the discussions.

This approach is consistent with Shippingbo’s approach to events, which places the emphasis on practical learning, feedback and on-the-ground topics, rather than on a simple showcase format.

An event that unites the entire ecosystem

e-Scale 2025: a must-attend e-commerce event

e-Scale 2025 also brought together a broad spectrum of players covering the entire e-commerce value chain. Exhibitors included logistics and transport specialists, marketing and business technology players, as well as ERP integrators. Several major marketplaces were also present, including Amazon, eBay, FnacDarty, Castorama, Kaufland, Leroy Merlin and Conforama.

This diversity gives e-Scale a special place: the event is not aimed at a single profession, but at all those who need to bring together commerce, logistics, tools and partners.

A few figures sum up this edition:

  • over 400 participants
  • 21 exhibitors
  • 12 thematic workshops
  • over 100 business meetings

Enthusiastic feedback confirms the event’s impact

Initial post-event feedback confirms the impact of this second edition. Both on site and on social networks, participants praised the quality of the meetings, thefluid organization, the human-scale format and the opportunities generated.

“It’s great to see an event that’s honestly better than other “big” highlights of the year, much smaller, but with many more merchants. We’re discovering some superb solutions, meeting some very interesting people, and it’s finally enabling us to go further in our thinking…” Florent DAFOUR – Prestashop

“Compared with last year, this is another step up. It’s very well organized, lots of e-tailers, lots of meetings for us. I think it’s been a success on every level.” Cédric RIBI – Multiply

“We’re happy to be taking part in this event today, it allows us to meet transporters and go further with the solution Shippingbo offers us.” Benjamin RUSSEL – Calicosy

This feedback shows what makese-Scale unique: an event designed to create useful discussions, accelerate networking and generate concrete opportunities for e-commerce and logistics players.
