The Shippingbo Tour Bordeaux kicked off the 2026 tour with a visit to the Ziggy warehouse, workshops on AI, customer experience and international business, followed by an afterwork between merchants, partners and e-commerce experts. A first stop designed to talk terrain, logistics and growth in a concrete way.

On March 26, 2026, the Shippingbo Tour launched its first stopover in Gironde. For this stopover in Bordeaux, the objective was simple: get away from the office and put the field, peer-to-peer exchanges and feedback back at the center.

This first date confirmed a strong conviction: in e-commerce logistics, the most useful discussions don’t arise from overly theoretical speeches. They are born in the warehouses, in concrete cases, in the operational questions that our teams ask themselves every day. With a site visit, partner workshops and an afterwork, the format was designed to encourage in-depth discussions and useful encounters.

A first Bordeaux stage anchored in concrete action

Shippingbo Tour Bordeaux: visit the Ziggy warehouse

This stopover was not intended to be a series of speeches. It was built around three complementary phases: immersion in the field, expert workshops and a free time to extend the discussions. This is the strength of the Shippingbo Tour: starting from reality before talking about methods, tools or growth.

Immersion in Ziggy’s warehouse

The highlight of this first edition was the immersion in the warehouse of our ambassador customer Ziggy. This visit put logistics in its rightful place: as a matter ofdailyexecution, organization andarbitration.

Seeing a warehouse, observing flows, understanding a team’s real constraints and exchanging ideas based on a concrete case is often more useful than a theoretical presentation on best practices. How does a brand structure its order preparation? How does it think about its flows? Where are the sticking points? What’s a matter of tool, process or organization? This is precisely the type of question the visit addressed.

Workshops on the issues driving e-commerce

The second sequence of the afternoon extended this logic with a workshop on AI, customer experience and international business, featuring Centric Shoppingfeed, Mondial Relay and Moon Moon Shopify Plus Agency.

The advantage of this format is that it crosses points of view. On the one hand, the challenges of management, automation and operational performance. On the other, the very concrete impacts on customer experience, service quality and the ability to expand into new markets. The aim was not to deliver a slick speech, but to share feedback from the field, examples that can be activated, and questions that merchants are now asking themselves.

A format designed to create real encounters

Shippingbo Tour Bordeaux: real encounters

Beyond the content, this first Bordeaux edition also validated a choice of format. Shippingbo Tour Bordeaux is not a large regional show. It’s a more compact event, designed to encourage availability, quality of exchanges and proximity to local players.

More direct exchanges, away from screens

One of the clearest lessons to be learned from this first stopover was that face-to-face exchanges are of irreplaceable value. Far from visios that follow on from each other and discussions that are too quick, this half-day was a chance to take time.

The more intimate format of Shippingbo Tour Bordeaux helps to get to the heart of the matter. We talk about operational constraints, organization, growth, tools, but also day-to-day trade-offs. And it’s often in these direct exchanges that the most useful discussions arise, because they’re more honest, more precise and closer to the ground.

Upcoming Shippingbo Tour events

Bordeaux opened the tour, but it was only the beginning. Further editions of the Shippingbo Tour are planned for 2026:

  • Lyon: April 29, 2026
  • Toulouse: May 21, 2026
  • Lille: June 18, 2026
  • Nantes: October 15, 2026

A first stage that sets the tone

At Shippingbo, this approach is an extension of what we defend on a daily basis: more reliable, clearer and more operational e-commerce logistics. And when these issues can be discussed in real life, with merchants, experts and partners who talk about real-life issues, the value is immediate.
