What are my payment options?
You have the option to pay either by direct debit or by bank transfer.
Can I cancel my Shippingbo subscription at any time?
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, as it comes with no commitment. To do this, you need to notify us of your intention either in writing, with a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by email to [email protected], at least 15 days before the first day of the following month. Any late cancellation relative to this deadline will result in billing for another month of subscription. However, our teams remain available to listen to you first to find solutions to any problems you might encounter.
Can I change my Shippingbo pack if my business evolves?
Of course! For this, you have two options:
– either you communicate your request to the sales representative you are in contact with who is in charge of your account
– or you make your request by opening a ticket with the support service, who will redirect you to a sales representative.
In both cases, the sales representative will schedule an appointment with you to assess your needs.
