From the marketplace back office, retrieve the existing API key. If you operate multiple stores, also have the Shop_id ready. Make sure you use a user account with the correct permissions, as the API key permissions depend directly on them.

In Shippingbo: Settings > External services > Add. Select the relevant marketplace, name the connector, then enter the token and Shop_id if required.
