Benefits of the Fnac x Shippingbo connector
Centralise Fnac in your operations without data re-entry
Fnac becomes a sales channel managed in the same back office as your other workflows. You save time, avoid unnecessary handling and give your teams a clearer view.
Protect sales with more reliable stock
Poorly synchronised stock can quickly become costly on a marketplace. With Shippingbo, stock is sent back after every change to maintain more consistent availability and reduce avoidable cancellations.
Handle activity peaks with greater confidence
When Fnac volumes rise, this is not the time to rely on Excel and manual processes. The connector helps you maintain cleaner workflows and more stable execution, even during demanding periods.
Regain control over a channel that is often more restrictive to manage
Shippingbo lets you structure your Fnac workflows around your own operating rules. You retain greater control over what comes in, what goes out and how your teams manage the channel day to day.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions
How does the Fnac connector synchronise stock with my e-commerce website?
Shippingbo becomes your stock reference. When a sale takes place on Fnac, the available quantity is updated in Shippingbo and then sent back to your other channels. If the sale originates from your e-commerce website, stock is updated in the same way on Fnac. The result: stock remains aligned across channels and you reduce the risk of selling a product that is no longer available.
Do I still need to sign in to my Fnac seller account to accept orders?
No. You can configure the connector to automatically accept new Fnac orders as soon as they are received. Your teams can therefore start processing without manual validation in the seller interface.
Do Fnac orders arrive directly in Shippingbo?
Yes. Fnac orders are automatically imported into Shippingbo and join the same processing workflow as your other sales channels. You therefore manage Fnac in the same back office as your e-commerce website and other marketplaces.
Is the shipping status updated automatically on Fnac?
Yes. As soon as the shipping label is created in Shippingbo for a Fnac order, the “shipped” status, carrier and tracking number are sent to the marketplace. This avoids manual updates at the end of fulfilment.
Can I track Fnac and my other channels in the same tool?
Yes. Shippingbo centralises Fnac workflows alongside those from your website and other marketplaces in a single interface. You gain a clearer view of orders, stock and shipments without multiplying tools.
Does the connector also track Fnac Fulfillment workflows?
Yes. Shippingbo lets you view stock and orders managed by Fnac Fulfillment alongside your own shipments. This gives you a consolidated view of your marketplace activity.
