Create your stock types
Physically organize your products by stock type directly in the Shippingbo WMS. During order picking, the system selects only compatible picking locations, ensuring that the right product is sent to the right customer.
Set your assignment rules
In OMS, configure advanced mapping between order types and stock types, similar to carrier mapping. Shippingbo automatically applies your complex rules (channel, customer, quality...) to route each order to the right stock, and activate substitutions if necessary.
Real-time orchestration
For each incoming order, the system applies your rules and selects the appropriate stock. Whether the priority is defined by sales source, specific customer or quality level, orchestration takes place without any manual intervention.
Intelligent substitution
Never again miss a sale due to a specific stock shortage. In the event of unavailability, a substitution rule can be activated to automatically redirect the order to an alternative stock that you have validated, even in multi-warehouse situations.
