Is Shopify integration complicated? Do I need a developer?

No, Shopify integration is designed to be simple. You authorize the connection to your store in just a few clicks from your back office. Our teams then work with you to ensure that product, inventory and order synchronization are perfectly configured to your needs. No custom development is required.

We sell on Shopify and Amazon. How does the Shopify module handle this?

This is our core business. Our Shopify module centralizes your store’s orders and those of your Amazon seller account in a single preparation list. When a product is sold on Amazon, the stock is automatically updated on Shopify (and vice versa). You prepare all your orders together, from a single interface, no matter where they come from.

Are order status and tracking numbers updated automatically on Shopify?

Yes. As soon as you ship an order and generate the shipping label in our system, we automatically update the order on Shopify to “Processed” status. We also add the carrier name and tracking number, which triggers Shopify’s native shipping notification email to your customer.
