What are my payment options?
You have the option to pay either by direct debit or by bank transfer.
Is it possible to get a pre-sales audit?
Absolutely. Our e-commerce logistics experts visit your warehouses and meet with you to offer the most suitable solution for your business.
Can I change my Shippingbo package if my business evolves?
Of course! For this, you have two options:
– either you inform the sales representative who is in contact with you and in charge of your account
– or you make your request by opening a ticket with the support service, who will redirect you to a sales representative.
In both cases, the sales representative will schedule an appointment with you to discuss your needs.
