Yes. The module uses your product (description, value, origin) and order data to pre-fill and generate the necessary customs documents. For eligible destinations, this information can be transmitted electronically to FedEx (Electronic Trade Documents), speeding up customs clearance.
How does the module choose between FedEx International Priority® and Economy®?
Thanks to our shipping rules engine. You can configure rules based on various criteria. For example: “If the destination is in the USA and the order value is over €500, use International Priority®. Otherwise, use International Economy®.” Assignment is automatic and requires no intervention.
Do you schedule pick-ups from your platform?
Yes. Once your packages are ready, you can schedule a FedEx courier to pick them up directly from our interface. The system transmits the request to FedEx via the API, indicating the number of parcels, the weight and the time at which they will be ready. This saves you the hassle of logging into the FedEx portal or making phone calls.
