No, it complements them. Pixisoft remains your master for location management, inventories and internal stock movements. Our connector intervenes upstream (to inject orders) and downstream (to issue transport labels and track). It’s a technological alliance: you keep the robustness of Pixisoft for the warehouse, while adding the agility of a modern shipping solution for connection with the outside world.

How are tracking numbers managed once the label has been printed?

Automation is total. As soon as the label is generated (via our solution connected to Pixisoft), the tracking number is instantly captured. The connector then automatically sends it to the source of the order (your e-commerce site, Amazon, etc.) and can also update the order status in Pixisoft to close the shipment file, guaranteeing perfect traceability without human intervention.

Can I use the connector if I have a mixed B2B (wholesale) and B2C business?

Absolutely, and that’s often the case with Pixisoft users. The solution knows how to distinguish between flows. A B2C order will trigger the printing of a standard parcel label (Colissimo, DPD), while a B2B order may follow a specific process (edition of pallet labels, charter documents).
