When picking or packing, the barcode scan specifically checks the size and color to avoid a customer receiving an M instead of an L. Inventory is decremented to the exact reference in Fastmag.

Can we set up Ship-from-Store with this integration?

Absolutely. Thanks to our OMS e-commerce, you can define orchestration rules. If a product is no longer available at the central warehouse but is present in a Fastmag-managed store, the order can be routed to this store for preparation and dispatch, thus saving the sale.

How are product exchanges managed?

Exchanges are frequent in the textile industry. The connector facilitates this process: when the return is received in Shippingbo, you can qualify the action (exchange or refund). The information goes back into Fastmag for sales management, and if it’s an exchange, a new shipping order can be generated automatically in Shippingbo.
