Do we keep our contract and our negotiated rates with TNT?
Yes, always. The module works by connecting directly to your TNT account via its API keys. This means you continue to benefit from 100% of your negotiated rates and your direct commercial relationship with TNT (and FedEx). Our platform acts like an automaton to execute tasks.
Is pickup scheduling automated?
Yes. You can configure the system to schedule pick-up requests with TNT once a certain number of packages are ready, or at fixed times during the day. This is done via API, without your teams having to log in to the myTNT portal or make a phone call.
Does the module manage international shipments and the necessary customs documents?
Yes. The integration supports international flows. The system helps you generate the necessary customs documents (commercial invoice/proforma) using your product and order data, greatly simplifying the shipping process outside the EU and reducing the risk of customs blockages.
